I Need to make a change/ cancel my order.Updated 2 years ago

We try to ship all orders out in a timely matter. This means we don’t always see your request to change your order until after it is shipped. We do our best to check emails before shipping; however, it is not a guarantee. Your best bet is to email [email protected] with your Order #, Name, and date it was placed as soon as possible after placing your order. This is the best bet for our staff to see your requests before shipping your item. If your order has shipped already and you need to make any changes, you will have to receive the package and follow our Return Page here (this will be a hyperlink).

*Anyone requesting an Order Cancellation after an order has been placed will need to wait until payment is processed on our end. If paying with PayPal, this can take up to 5 business days.
